Underprepared moodlet but daily task is complete

I got it too. My sim works on Tuesday to Thursday, it usually occurs in Tuesday, the first workday of the week. the rest of working days are fine it don't show up.

After Thursday's work I usually do the daily task to complete in the same day to prevent forgetting, and I double check if it shows as (Complete) but even then the moodlet Underprepared keep showing during  the mid of next Tuesday (the next first working day) I try repeat doing the daily task on Monday evening, the moodlet still occur during  in the Tuesday too.

Do your sims all have the overachiever trait?  I haven’t had issues with other sims, just having it now with this one with the overachiever trait.
