When I try to create a painting from reference in The Sims 4—which requires taking a photo first—the resulting painting appears completely blank. Although the game allows me to sell the painting, it remains entirely white with no image displayed.
This situation is very upsetting, as I wanted to preserve my in-game memories. Unfortunately, my photos appear to have been corrupted, and I have lost important family pictures within the game.
