Paperccraft (maybe all AA skills) doesn’t count for scout badge

When my child and teen sims complete any of the papercraft items, they aren’t counting towards my progress for the arts and crafts badge. The skill is literally papercraft and it’s supposed to be a camp activity, like the kind you would do as a scout in real life. I’m not sure that any of the new camp related “scout-like” skills are counting towards the scout badges. Collecting butterflies towards the outdoor adventurer badge. Diving and archery towards the keep fit badge. But it is sometimes hard to tell and make sure your sim is actually completing the activity. With papercraft, I see the object in their inventory and have done no other things towards the badge, only papercraft, and it still says 0 out of 6. It really kills the fun of sending my kids to scout camp and defeats the whole purpose of using these new skills kind of when they are bugged to not provide progress with the scouting system.
