After most recent patch I noticed the inappropriate romantic relationship among family members (parent/child) bug. See attached showing the character's TEEN SON. Never experienced this bug before but I've heard about it.

I have a family that has since moved into different lots/households. I noticed my sims sister was outside her house so I went to talk to her and saw the romance bar. I have no mods and I own all packs, except for a couple kits.

Lilith and Claudia are mother & daughter. They did a romantic action on their own, so they have a romance bar now. I do not play with ANY mods & when I checked there were no romance interaction options available. They still consider each other to be family, so I do not understand how this happened.
This is an issue i had a few months ago already and broke them up so I don't need help with It I just remembered It and thought It might be a good idea to report it. On an older save i had I wanted my teen sim to be in a relationship but the teen I wanted them to be with had a lover already, so I checked that Sims household to break them up, turns out she had a whole pink bar with her father??? I DON'T have any mods that allow this and I never even played with that household, I just moved them to a random lot to be able to quickly find them but that household was in "other households" category which means it happened by itself, which is so weird because they're not only father and daughter but also teen and young adult so it shouldn't have happened. There's a photo below where I translated the more important parts to English, because I thought the chances of EA seeing this issue are higher on the English forum than the Polish one.
The sim whose relationship panel is shown is the mother of one of my sims. Why does she have an incestual relationship with her own mother?! Can't fix it without mods, by the way, or I wouldn't have shared. I only have MCCC as far as Scripted Mods go.
After the game update, some unsavory interactions with family members appeared. Sims can have now romantic interactions with parents, siblings, etc.

Me too! All of a sudden I'm seeing multiple taboo family romancing. (No mods; no cc) It is disturbing and destroying the previously healthy relationships. This was my fav family because of how they all were positive and supportive, helping the little ones.
When the option is there I used Relationship -- Let's just be friends but later they will become flirty again. Their romance bars were larger, I did the friend thing, but now the pink is back. I'll try to explain the pic.
Lily + Argus are married. Healthy relationship. They have a son. No cheat boundaries (default) & both have the toggle set to Disable Attraction to anyone they are not in a relationship with.
Lily + Javier is Lily's stepfather. He is married to Lily's father. Javier helped parent Lily from baby to teen and they all live together. Previously a healthy mentor and grandfather. Now, Sick and wrong romance.
Lily + Jasmine is Lily's half sister. Javier is her father and they share a mother. Again, they grew up together from babies. Sick and wrong romance. I moved Jasmine to another household to make it stop.
Other family romancing happening:
Argus (Lily's husband) flirting with his Father In Law - ughhh
Argus was flirting with Jasmine before I moved her out
Jasmine's Uncle visited and started flirting with her too before I moved her -- I did the friend thing and sent him home. Poor Jasmine, alone in exile because her family is suddenly falling apart.
