[PC] Houses replaced with red X/Win Smart App control feature blocking game

I was able to fix the problem. Windows 11 has a new update and it installed a smart app blocker and it was blocking parts of the Sims. I had to turn it off and now my game is loading and all the lots are available if you are playing on PC, I would definitely check into that.

Oh Wow!!! I'm still playing on my WIN10 system. Will be moving to WIN11 on my new rig in about a week. Thanks for this. Will make sure to turn off the smart add blocker. Thanks again.

If you turn it off you cant turn it back on unles you reinstall windows.
