[PC] Items placed in a room 'flicker' when placing/deleting windows and doors

I've been experiencing this issue only since the most recent update as far as I've noticed. I've tried it with and without mods and it makes no difference. Otherwise the game runs fine. I've tried with and without the DX11 too.
