[PC/Mac] Cannot sort by pack in build/buy and CAS

I updated my game today and the same thing has happened to me, even when I click on owned in the content tab it only shows a fraction of my actual content. Like many other players it's a feature I use all of the time when creating sims or building a lot and it's so annoying to have to scroll through everything to find one wallpaper or item.

Playing on a windows laptop that is fully up to date, all packs, expansions etc owned and updated, no mods or cc ever.

Im on PC and I'm having the exact same problem. It's so annoying! Every update for "bug fixes" just ends up causing more bugs.

they are showing up fine for me on PC. Could you verify that you don't have any mods/cc ?

could you post a picture of what you are seeing ? is this about the content not properly showing (which has it's own thread) or like OP that the packs are missing to pick from ?

Not me but my sisters pc and acc and it looks like this cant sort any out except BG items..

sarahnadineee​ To be sure, your sister doesn't use mods/cc ? GUI issues are usually different on PC vs console so just making sure.

No she uses no mods as far as i know, will ask her to remove them if she has any maybe thats the issue, i just know this showed up after the latest update hm 

I have the same choices in CAS as well.

I have exactly the same problem! I thought I was going crazy. I hope the developers fix it soon, this is a very serious problem.
