I keep getting a Persistence_service error and I cannot even play my for rent expansion. None of my properties will load or businesses will load either. I have updated all mods and cleared catches twice and still the same error. I have uploaded pictures.

Please move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache file.
Then trigger the error again and post the complete content of the LastException File found in your documents folder. You'll need to copy/paste the content.
Do you get endless loading ? Is that what you mean ? To be sure, it happens on every single lot ?
No endless loading just none of my properties load or businesses. When I go to sell them and buy them back they show up for just a moment and then it disappears and I’m not able to access them.

The game throws it's own lastException which you can find in your doc folder. Post that.
How do they not load if it's not endless ? Does the lot load but it's empty ?
