[PH] Tuning Error in School Project Notification Prevents Sim Name Appearing

For both children and teenagers, the notification saying that there is a school project fails to list the sim's name, like all other notifications do. This is an error in the tuning, and not in the strings.

Image 1 shows the issue where the name is blank, and image 2 is the paragraph of code that is missing from the files (both teen and children)
