My issue is I can’t recover my graduation portraits or photobooth photos from my pre january 13th save where the photos are still okay and put them in my new save via the library. Idk if I am saying this correctly and everyone I tell seems to think I’m saying photos that already turned black. If the photos were taken with the phone or with the sim camera they can be placed from the library fine. This has to be related. I tried to report it here in the forum but it was marked as a duplicate even though I am not seeing anyone reporting they cant place the pictures from the library.

It's currently unclear what's going on hence all the info needed. If you have saves or other info asked to provide, please do so.
I guess I’m not making myself clear 😭 I am really trying. I held on to a save from before the January 13th patch. All the photos are safe there. Saved them in a room and then saved the room to my library. When i place the room in my new save from the library the graduation portraits and photobooth photos turn black. All the rest will place just fine. If you need my save which one do you need? The current save or the save from before January 13th?
I understand what you are saying but it's still important to know the info asked. Skip the questions that don't apply to you.
Is it just the graduation/photo booth ones ?
