Photos taken with filter turn black after changing filter again (camera)

I made a new save yesterday to check out the update and I took photos.

Some with and without filters. I came in today and they looked fine on the wall. Then I decided to try to "remove filter" or change the filter but nothing happened. 

Once I moved it, it was black when I was dragging it, but normal when I placed it. I saved and exited to the main menu, came back and they were black.

I decided to recover the save and the photos with the filters are fine when I drag them, it's just when I try to remove or change the filter that it turns black. The poor-quality photos were, but I can't even try to change the filter because of the quality.

I just changed the photos without filters to have them, saved and exited, came back in and they are still fine.

This is a new save; I still need to test it in an old save.

Existing save: 

I went in and none of the photos with filters were affected, even if I tried changing the filter, granted that save wasn't played since last year, October 17th and the photos that had filters were not that recent.

I tried other saves, but I haven't been playing recently because of the black photos bug so...
