I've been playing the same family for about 8 generations now, and each generation I would have the parent(s) paint pictures of all their children once they aged into teens. I would put all these family photos and paintings into a sort of family gallery building I had. This was fine for 2 years, like I've literally played this family for two years straight. I woke up this morning after playing again for the first time in a couple months the night before, started up my game, and ALL of the photos are gone. Not a single photo or painting wasn't bugged.
I've poured hours of time and put lots of care into this family, and having all of my photos and paintings become irreversibly bugged is just really upsetting. I know this has been an issue for MANY players for a long time now, and it seems as if EA isn't even trying to fix this bug.
I do play with custom content, but no mods. I play on laptop and have almost all add-ons downloaded.
