My pictures are black after I load back into my game on console.

Dear Sims 4 team,
a few days ago i logged into my household and noticed every picture my sims were taken are black. I tried everything like changing settings, turning off my CC, deleting the pictures, ..... And nothing worked and its so sad and annoying because Ive taken pictures since I first played 10 years ago. Please take a look.
