There's quite a few lots on the gallery that give issues. Can you see a pattern which ones don't work or is it random ?
Sorry for the delay, I noticed it with university housing lots, specifically in the Enamorada world. The gallery seemed to load just fine when placing lots in New Crest, not sure if it's a basegame vs DLC issue. I don't think it's specifically the lot type (though I could be wrong) as the gallery itself just refuses to load at a certain point.
