After new pack, B&H my regular plants don't produce harvestables. Out and indoor - sometimes only need is bug spray. It does accure both in planters and on ground.

I’ve had the same issue. It started when all the items in my sims inventory just disappeared.
I even tried to start a new save, doesn’t fix it.
I tried different families, same issues.
There are other threads on here where people have the same problem.
After my 3rd new save file: I’ve gotten garlic, wolfsbane, the crystal tree, mandrakes, & valerian root to grow. They can evolve, but the harvestables they produce stay “normal” quality.
I play on PC & I do use mods (tool mod/ betterbuildbuy) & even when uninstalled, the issue remains the same.
have you tried replanting them with mods off?
