Play with Genetics briefly shows a buggy UI

When I open Play with Genetics for the first time inside of CAS it shows "create a... Ok" and three options for "wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww" for a very brief moment before showing the correct UI. Once I do Play with Genetics after opening the menu again in the same session of CAS, it shows the UI correctly with no brief view of the image below. It really isn't that big of a bug but when it happens every single time when ever you reload CAS and open Play with Genetics, it gets annoying to see really fast. This is with version 1.116.202.1030, I've seen it since I believe the patch for Life and Death. I expect to see the UI load without showing this buggy UI.

Could you please provide the following information

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Yes I did, then I removed my mods and CC and was able to replicate the issue which is when I took the screenshot above. Players will only notice this bug if you use CAS a lot in one session of the game being open, it's probably more related to a bug where the game gets slower over time in the same session. Sorry for the slow reply.

Hi, I saw this yesterday, when I used Play with Genetics for the first time this year. Removed all mods and cc, and it's still happening. It only happens the first time I click Play with Genetics -- if I click it again, it looks normal, which makes me think that things are appearing before they fully load.
