My sims is randomizing a new outfit after showering. I can delete it in "plan an outfit" but it keeps making new outfits each shower.

I just started having this issue the other day, but I made a new family, and I made my sim a husband. Well, I load into the game and everything's fine, but then I see her husband in a shirt I did not give him. I went to change the outfit, and when I went to do so, it showed every attire in his pants from his everyday wear and the same shirt I never put him in. I change him, and it generates a whole outfit and then every outfits different, it's not letting me put him in what i made him in CAS. If i go in to CAS, everything is normal and what i put him in, outside, however it's like it randomly generates something.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
