Please help! Rent game not working

please can anyone help me i’ve been in 3 chats and done all the following still not working. I bought sims4 for rent game and the world Tomarang will not load. see picture

i i have uninstalled and re installed both ea app and the sims4. i have repaired sims 4 twice. i have cleared notepad as advised by helpchat. all have not worked. All other worlds will load and allow me to play. I don’t used any mods.
