This programming error seems like a virus, according to the players, even if it starts with a new save file, the same problem occurs directly. Doesn’t it prove the presence of a special type of software virus ?

Anyway. I don't think it is a virus. I reset the PC to factory settings a few weeks ago and after start only with The Sims. I have another RoG for others things... I think I can rule out that it is a virus...
About Driver Booster: I haven't. But the Armoury Create and the NVidia Panel (for GPU) give me the same tools... They check the update and if there is an update they point it out to me. It's because I wrote that I don't need Driver Booster. New PC have their own program for this. But, I can try to install...
But according with the discussion on the link by DizzyDee-K, I think it is a bug, not a problem with obsolete driver.
