As the title says, I can see the ears in the CAS catalog, but when I click on them to use them on a human sim, there is absolutely no change.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Do you see this for all age groups ? There's a report for children here: Children’s Pointed Ears don't show | EA Forums - 12320877
