Unfortunately, the gnomes keep moving, as you can see from the video. The save is not a new one, but it's vanilla, I use it to test new patches.

Seems this only affects gnomes that were acquired pre-patch and already had the bug. Buying a new one gets rid of the issue.
Is this with or without Enchanted by Nature ?

I noticed gnomes moving around when I went to The Gnome's Bar in Henford-On-Bagley. I have the lastest patch
Same spot where I noticed. I will try to put gnomes on my residential lot and see what happens.
Base game only, no mods or CC, confirmed this is still happening in my game as well. (It doesn't bother me, the wriggling, but if it's not intended to be this way, then I'm backing up the persisting bug.)
I just updated with 2.15 PS4 and they are still wiggling the same.
4 DLC: ROM, Spooky SP, Paranormal SP and that Waterslide SP.

On console with today’s emergency patch. I still see gnomes dancing around. No columns, though, so that’s better.
Still happening with the new patch and Enchanted by nature. I can drag and drop dishes but gnomes are wiggling. No mods or CC
