My sim cannot try for baby or take pregnancy test. She has no pregnancy reactions at all. Even none of my mods are working with it neither.

Please use the following threads:
For the try for baby, please test your game without mods/cc. Make sure to delete the localthumbcache file and move the mods folder to the desktop.
If you still have issues, create a separate report for that, describing in more details what happens.
