[PS] [GALLERY] Can't download Custom Tattoos

Do you have any custom tattoos already ? Seems there's an limitation on console as described here:

Could this be your issue ?

Been this way for me for 2 weeks, it was one of the things they broke when they messed up the library/gallery. There is an intermittent lock when downloading all saves from the library but with tattoos it locks every time. A lot of menus lock in this game but this is the biggest one.

I'm on a PS5.

I recently wanted to use CAS to recreate my dnd character and when I went to apply tattoos the gallery stopped working. I decided to close the game and reopen it only to have the same issue.

I was hopeful that after today's update I'd be able to do it but still the same.

When I choose a tattoo I want to apply it freezes. I can't apply it. I can't back out. I can't click on anything. It just keeps loading the packs included section without being able back out or do anything. This is starting to become really tiring as a player.

Same problem and I'm on ps5 too.

No I don't have neither in that sim or that household.

No, every time we use the gallery tattoos our screen is stuck on that tattoo and we aren’t able to use it. We can’t click anything else either we are forced to restart our game. Making all of the tattoos completely unusable.

Anytime we try to use custom tattoos or builds from the gallery our screens completely lock and we aren’t able to back out. We can’t like, can’t comment, can’t download. Our screen is stuck and the only way to fix it is by restarting the game. None of the tattoos that came with a $40 pack are available. 

I’m having the same issue when will this be taken care of on ps5 I can’t download anything tattoos not even from my own downloads 

we can’t download tattoos from the gallery still it will load and crash EA please fix!
