PS5- Everytime I leave live mode i lose all tasks bars and the mouse. Issue arises if you change clothing, go into build mode, tey to plan events. I try to leave to manage worlds and the screens goes white with the background music still playing. Requires a full reset each time.
Pressing start or managing world's does not fix the issues.

This happened to me again today. I posted on it in another thread. I thought it was related to holidays or the current pop-up challenge, but this post reminds me that it occurred after I entered and then exited build mode during the holiday. After I exited build mode and went back to live mode the holiday task box disappeared first, then all you UI (except the stupid current pop-up challenge) also disappeared. Then the screen turned black but the music continued to play. Then when I went to the main screen in hopes of re-entering the game. The entire screen went white. I’m on Xbox
I opened my gameplay save file on console and I played for a bit. During self-made holiday I decided to buy the new alarm for burglers breaking in. At the same time I started doing the week 4 quests from "Blast from the Past". Suddenly, both the quests showing on the top right corner and the whole Ui that sits at the bottom of the display disappeared. It didn't reappear until I restarted my game . It is the first time happenings. The packs I own: City Living, Seasons ,Cats and Dogs ,Get Famous , Eco Lifestyle , Growing Together , Horse Ranch , Lovestruck , Spa Day, Vampires , My Wedding Stories , Dream Home Decorator , My First Pet Stuff , Backyard Stuff , Romantic Garden Stuff , Riviera Retreat, Blooming Rooms , Modern Luxe , Desert Luxe , Incheon Arrivals , Throwback
After loading into a new lot, the UI interface at the bottom of the screen (the needs, simology, career, etc panel, the clock, and the Sim UI) goes missing and a red box outlines the screen. This only started happening after the base game update on 02/24 in preparation for Businesses and Hobbies.
Occasionally when I load into a lot after travelling somewhere, all the bottom icons disappear as does the cursor, it makes the game impossible to play, so I have to quit out of it and go back into it to fix it.
This can happen when I’m travelling to a venue or when I’m loading back into live mode after being in CAS.
Sometimes I could go weeks without this bug occurring, I assumed it was fixed but it’s happened 3 times today. Is anyone else having this issue?
