This issue has been happening since I purchased the game and seems to come and go. Lately, it's been every time I play and completely game-breaking, making me want to throw my console into traffic.

Hopefully the 150 laundry list helps with this issue. As this bug has been going on for 4 years now. There was a Reddit post complaining about this issue too. And I'm surprised this hasn't been picked up by QA as the bug happens all the time on my various PlayStation consoles while playing. It's not immediate happens after playing for a bit like an hour 2 during build mode, just clicking on stuff or placing furniture and decorating then when you go back to the selection it just speeds around and is impossible to use. And only way to fix it is to save the game and reload it which is hard when the menus are just speeding by.
