[PS4/XB1] Sims don't do actions

I'm on console and also having command not appear or cancel 

Also, forgot to note, sometimes they'll complete if the specific played Sim or the opposite Sim for the interaction gets a "reset object." Then it gets shaky again after some time.

Please fix , my sims keep locking up , allll the time they’ll just be standing there as I have things in my queue.i have to keep restarting the game !!  Playing on ps5 

This is happening with my sims trying to adopt a cat, they queue up the action and pick up the cat but then just get stuck until the game cancels the action or I stop the adoption process with a different sim in the household. I just want to adopt a cat haha
