It's doing it with any played Sim, when the interaction is queued it will show up,sit there for a few seconds yet no Sim action then disappear, or comes up for a split second then disappears before even hitting the queue. All interactions and they just stand there with no animation but time and environment is still moving. I'm not on my console right now because the game crashed on me but this is the best explanation I can do.

I'm on console and also having command not appear or cancel
Also, forgot to note, sometimes they'll complete if the specific played Sim or the opposite Sim for the interaction gets a "reset object." Then it gets shaky again after some time.
