[PSP] [LD] Haunted House in Ravenhood makes moodlet/objects spawn in hood

I was playing with the haunted house & paranormal investigator in Ravenwood when I realised that next to the big tree with Alice, the haunted house cursed items (dolls, ghost puddles, spooky hands) spawn there too. There is also a large amount of spawns for muddy puddles and trash for some reason. I turned the haunted house off and quit the career but the items still keep on spawning on that place. The items also kept on spawning after I changed my sim's house. 

I don't play with CC or mods.

I just saw the same thing tonight - muddy puddles, trash, two tendrils and two creepy dolls near the big tree with Alice. I only noticed it because my sim ran from their home to go clean up the trash. Only thing is, I don't have any haunted houses in Ravenwood. I have a played haunted house in Copperdale with a sim in the paranormal career there but otherwise that's it. I do play with mods and CC but this was also observed by another player on Bluesky that doesn't.

I've built another paranormal dwelling in the upper ghost neighborhood of Ravenwood (the only free lot on the right). I run a dubious small business there. Unfortunately, the creepy dolls, twisted vines, and mysterious puddles spawn not only on my home lot, but also at the guardian tree, which is located diagonally across the map. I've even had a doll right in front of the tree. Also, my Sim walks to Alice for tarot card readings as part of his small business activity. The woman is always standing by the tree and hasn't checked in at the small business. 

I removed mods, never used CC.
