[PS/XB] Cursor is missing

Whenever I enter CAS now, as soon as I click anything my cursor disappears and I can never get it back therefore I can't do anything. When I open my game menu in CAS I can't get off of it either, meaning after hours of progress in CAS the only way I can get out of it is exit to my XBOX homepage, the game wont even let me exit to main menu so I have to reload the game which for me literally takes 20 minutes??? CAS also says im in a tutorial when im not - meaning I can't get any access to the gallery or ANYTHING else!!!!

I'm on PS4 and having this same issue. 

So many issues since latest Update I'm done playing until their fixed. This is ridiculous! Either overhaul the entire game and bring up to current tech instead of trying to marry new and old code or just start over from scratch. Every update breaks the games rather then fixes it so what's the point anymore!

I am using PS5. I have all updates & obviously no mods. All DLC are installed except Star Wars. Having an issue when I go to CAS, specifically when I try to edit pets... the free roaming cursor will vanish. Hitting the left joystick to bring up the controls menu & then closing it will bring back the button select highlights, but not the free roaming cursor. Even at this - clicking the "done" checkmark has no effect. Changes cannot be saved. Clicking the "x" and leaving without saving is the only way to exit CAS. Once back in live mode gameplay, the free roaming cursor reappears and items/sims can be selected. However, clicking an item/sim causes the cursor to vanish again and will not produce command options. At this point, restarting is the only option. If I bring up the game options to try and save first, I can access the options menu and bring up my save files. But when I actually click "save" nothing happens. I am forced to restart without saving, thus losing any progress since my last save. Otherwise, I have no control over the game.

Ever since the updates my cursor in both live mode and CAS stops working and just disappears and I can't toggle it at all. The entire game will bug out and even the game menu doesn't work - if i bring it up i can't click anything and then it won't go away meaning I also can't save or anything.

After most recent update (July update 2.14) cursor randomly stops working and nothing can be selected while in live mode. My newlywed sims were on vacation and I had them cook a meal together. Once they started cooking I lost the ability to click on them, each other (like clicking on the other sim to interact) and everything in the house (ex: no cursor activity when clicking on trashcan, on chairs, or even on the meal they completed so they could eat it.) Was still able to save but had to restart the game. 

I play on PS5. Since the update, the cursor disappears a few minutes after entering CAS and will not reappear. I have tried troubleshooting, such as making the cursor bigger and applying changes, logging out and back in, etc and the bug persists. I tried to go to Main Menu once when the cursor disappeared and the screen just went white to where I had to close the game. Also my game crashes about once an hour. It is unplayable. Please fix this.

THIS IS STILL A PROBLEM A YEAR LATER IN CAS. Please fix this.
