Been this way for me for 2 weeks, it was one of the things they broke when they messed up the library/gallery. There is an intermittent lock when downloading all saves from the library but with tattoos it locks every time. A lot of menus lock in this game but this is the biggest one.
I'm on a PS5.
Literally like their are so many issues as per usual but this one is just so annoying!
