This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5.
The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

The same thing is happening to me on PS5 as well. I also have noticed that any changes I make in game settings are not saving. Examples are music (I set in game music to off, but it turns back on between sessions) and the controls overlay (again, I turn it off but it is on when I boot up the game again).
