While playing on the console version of TS4 I have noticed for a long time now that you can't always scroll through the milestones.
When you change the filter you can only scroll to the title of each category but you can't individually view each milestone. You also cannot scroll down any further than the view shows. I added a video to show it in action. You can see how I'm TRYING to scroll up and down and scroll left and right overtop of the milestones but it always jumps to the title of the category instead.
