[PS/XB] Items constantly highlighted as new in BuildBuy/CAS

Related to the DLC pop ups issue, the pop ups have gone, but every time I load into the game Build&Buy shows "new" items Weirdly CAS doesn't show with "new" items?!? On PS4 have all game and stuf...

Every time I log onto my game everything in cas, build & buy mode all show as “new” every time my game restarts. Nothing I have tried fixes this and it’s been happening for 3 days now. Also, completely unrelated but my game also will NOT save no matter how many times I save periodically every time I go to enter a save I played prior none of the progress I made is saved and it always starts on the same day/time.
