My sim has a level 6 gardening skill and has been tending the same plants for several weeks, talking to them, etc- none of them have become ready to evolve and in the quality bars haven't moved at all

Also, I don't use mods or CC and have the most recent update. Was playing before the update on same save file without these issues.

I've had this bug for a few months now. My sims are maxed out on the gardening skill, and every time the plant is glowing, I select it, but the 'evolve plant' option is not available to select.
Is the plant in season/covered? Out of season plants cannot be evolved.
As well, does the plant show as being ready to be evolved when you mouse over it? (Asking to confirm if it's an issue with evolving it or a visual bug with it seemingly looking to be ready to evolve.)
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
