Sometimes sims who are just walking through the neighborhood seem to cut through my sims’ backyard and house. My sims don’t know them, and haven’t invited them in. They just walk through and go?

This has been happening to me on PC playing in Mt.Komorebi, random Sims will walk straight through the back garden through the fencing and then walk straight through my house and out, visitor Sims will also come through fencing in back garden and walk through back of house and walk through the house, go out front door and then will ring the doorbell after already walking through the house. Even locking doors or removing gates has no effect, they will just walk through the walls/fencing/doors.
