FYI: I'VE GOT NO MODS OR CC SO THAT WILL NOT BE THE ISSUE FOR ME!
I've tried everything I can find on the forms... I'm still not getting anything after the update.
So week 1: I could start event and finish some of the quests (see attached of my progress).
I didn't have time to play for too long so I turned game off and then when I came back to play I couldn't see any quests.
Week 2: So Here we are at week two... I'm still missing this part of the game:

same issue! It glitched out as soon as I got to the newsletter part. Now they won't show up at all.
