Ideas
I completed the first objective of the first week, but when i went to do the "A Call Away" task, it's gone. I did end up getting the letter in the mail but when my sim went to read it, the interaction disappeared and nothing happened. I am on PC.

I still have the same problem. I can't complete the quest from the first week because I no longer have the quest window. I could only play the quest via “Read newsletter”, since then the window is gone, even after the update.
