Ideas
I completed the first objective of the first week, but when i went to do the "A Call Away" task, it's gone. I did end up getting the letter in the mail but when my sim went to read it, the interaction disappeared and nothing happened. I am on PC.

Last week while I was trying to do the Reaper's Rewards quests, the quest icons disappeared before I could finish. I was hoping they would pop back up this week as well as this week's quests (week 3), but they haven't. In fact, I'm not even getting the quests for this week, so I'm totally stuck.
I'm attaching a screenshot of the rewards page. Please help.
