I just got a notification for a sim that I do not play. She was not in my sims house and only one of my sims has met her and she is just an acquaintance. Never seen a notification for a sim I don't even play that I can think of. I scoured the neighborhood and found her in a park at a food stall. But that still doesn't explain why I would get a wall notification for a sim that means nothing to my household. My sims house is directly north in the photo where you can see her at the food stall.
