Removed tattoos reappear under certain circumstances

I’ve just installed the new Enchanted by Nature pack, and while using CAS have looked at the tattoos. After looking, I have tried to remove the ones that I did not need. Going into the next outfit option though brought back the tattoos. I can remove them from the current outfit choice, but after moving into a different outfit category they come back. I have tried repeatedly to remove them with no such luck
