I was trying to renovate the Lakeview Apartments, and every time I try to edit the walls, the Friezes or Wall Trim will be deleted. There's no way to recover them, as that build feature is disabled on this type of apartment.
Every time a wall is added, it will switch to the roof view, making it hard to make any changes.
I also noticed this line going through the apartment.
Yes, I've been having this issue too. And because you aren't able to access friezes in apartments--even after using the bb.freebuild cheat--you aren't able to add the frieze back on.
