[RL] Lag and fps drops in Ondarion

I've been trying to file a bug report myself (bug reports weren't working and I gave up). So glad iliekponiez took the time to post this. I took my, minimal, mods out and tested it on a new save. The stuttering and FPS drops are still a problem on 40x30 lots and up. To be clear, these are the lots that came with the pack. Here are my computer specs - I shouldn't have any FPS drops running on this system.

• Installed RAM 32.0 GB
• Storage 932 GB SSD Samsung SSD 980 1TB
• Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (12 GB)
• System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I don't keep applications open when I play, I prioritize the game in task manager and have my system set up to ensure I always get good FPS and smooth gameplay. The only world affected is Ondarion. I am active on discord and have heard others complain about this issue.

I also can't play on Ondarion, no matter if it's in DirectX 9 or DirectX 11, and with Memory Boost enabled the FPS drops, making the experience unplayable, something that doesn't happen on other maps. My notebook is a Nitro 5 with an i5 12450H and an RTX 3050, and I don't use mods or CC.

I discovered this issue too. After disabling all CC and running a new save my frames were about 30-45fps on the lot Verdemar Palace, Dambelle Palace has massive frame drops every 2 seconds from 80fps to 40fps, and Bellacorde Palace averages around 50-68fps when you move the camera. All other words have no issues whatsoever fps wise running the game at 163+ fps (v-sync enabled). It is difficult to play this world because it feels so jittery and the fps is so unstable.

Yup I noticed this too when in Bellacorde and panned out to view the entire neighbourhood, it goes from 60 fps (i have fps limiter) to 30fps, I also had my mods removed in a new save when I noticed this issue, I wondered if it was just me.
I have a  12th Gen i5-12450H cpu, 16gb ram, and a nvidia geforce rtx 3050 laptop graphics card (4gb) running on windows 11.

This world definitely isn't performance friendly for console right now especially, Tartosa is another example for how heavily cluttered by default the world is in the bottom of the map neighborhood for Tartosa as well.

It started with Tomarang. Between DX9 or DX11, it's not any better either.

Seriously, you need a save file to see this? It's so simple, just go into the palace lots in Ondarion or the community lots and zoom in, and you can see that the game isn't running smoothly and the frame rate drops. For those of us with 144Hz screens, it's torture when the frame rate drops below 100. I'm sure a big part of this is that the game can't handle so many items. The world is already full of details, and the creators made lots full of items; now add to that when you fill it with Sims. This doesn't happen in other worlds. If an i5 12450H and an RTX 3050 with 24GB of RAM can't run this game well, for God's sake!
