[RL] Lag and fps drops in Ondarion

Seriously, you need a save file to see this? It's so simple, just go into the palace lots in Ondarion or the community lots and zoom in, and you can see that the game isn't running smoothly and the frame rate drops. For those of us with 144Hz screens, it's torture when the frame rate drops below 100. I'm sure a big part of this is that the game can't handle so many items. The world is already full of details, and the creators made lots full of items; now add to that when you fill it with Sims. This doesn't happen in other worlds. If an i5 12450H and an RTX 3050 with 24GB of RAM can't run this game well, for God's sake!
