I've noticed if you make your dynasty have swordmanship as an ideal all of your dynasty sims will become beefy, muscular. I think its an easy fix just lower the amount of muscle that sword dueling gives a sim.
I'm playing on xbox series x. I'm playing with absolutely no mods. I've edited my characters and removed their preference for working out and sword play. I honestly dont think its from the sim completing exercise or dueling as I've stopped my sim from sword dueling or exercising.
