I’m having the same issue, I’m on Xbox so no mods. I didn’t start a dynasty until yesterday and the game had played fine on the new update prior to the dynasty. After starting a dynasty and adding the Sholarly Ideal, my Sims are obsessed with reading. I’ve removed the Ideal and they’ve gone back to normal.
