[RL] Sims drop interactions to read books with Scholarly Ideal

I have 2 sims that live in a household and have the scholarly dynasty. I played this household before the royalty expansion and they worked fine, but now they almost won’t complete any open-ended task, including cooking, autonomous care for the new newborn, painting (which is also a dynasty priority with Artistic), eating, and sometimes showering. Instead, they go to a bookshelf, take out a book, read for a few seconds, and put the book on a table/the ground. They’ll walk away to almost start a new task which will again get cancelled and walk straight back to the bookshelf and repeat the process.

I am not playing with any mods and have all expansions and game packs except adventure, as well as some kits.
