[ROM] No perk point gain

I had this happen to my teen spellcaster. She levelled up from apprentice to neophyte by experimenting with a cauldron but didn't get the 2 perk points she should have gotten. She is now a neophyte with 0 perk points. 

Also noticed the perk bar was acting weird during experimenting, going very fast up and down when starting or ending the experiment action. 

I have the save where she is bugged but I use mods with this save so I don't know if it's worth sending to EA even if I would remove my mods and she would stay bugged? I tried a back up save (from main menu) still with my mods on  but couldn't reproduce it. This time when she levelled up she got the points as supposed.

I also had this happen to my teen spellcaster on PC. She also became a neophyte spellcaster with 0 points. I too noticed that the progress bar had been acting weird. For a long time it looked like it was stuck at 99% of Apprentice, so I saved and re-opened my game. When I got in again she was neophyte with no points. I tried to have her drink the perk purging potion, but she is still at zero.

Seem to be having an issue on Sim4 on ps4. The EXP bar for spellcaster keeps resetting every time it’s due to level up to next rank? Seems to happen a lot if I x2 fast forward, but is now happening even if played in real time.  Causing issues as I would have levelled up several times by now but I am still without skill points or levelling up on rank. This happens every single game I play now , even with deleting games and starting fresh

sorry for the delay in replying. So it happened to multiple sims of mine. Even if I restarted the PlayStation and opened sims back up again it would still do it.  This specific issue has calmed down now , and I’m experiencing different issues regarding the fast forward feature - I think that seems to be the crux of the issue

crinrict​ pretty much the same issue ! It’s just that I noticed it when I was trying to fast forward through the experiments or potion making etc , anything to level up spellcaster progress bar
