One Sim in my household that I play, his eyes will not stay the assigned color I give him, I do change them back in "CAS" or "Manage Household" but when I save and exit out of either of those, the eyes keep changing to a different color and not the one I picked. I need help or any solutions? I have tried all I could but nothing is working.

Thank you, I was actually wondering if it was effecting any of the other occults! This game is such a mess right now.
I play on pc and I am having this issue with my vampire sims. I tried deleting cache files, localtumbcache, removing mods, save files and tray files and nothing works!!! I set my sim's human form to be the exact same as her dark form, but after the update her human form has regular eyes and random facial cc. I just hope this is fixed and is fixed for older sims before the update.
I play on ps4 and all my spellcaster families have issues where their eyes change to normal eyes when they should be occult and I'll go into CAS to fix it but I go back into playing again their eyes change to normal and the colors are always random. I have no doubt it'll do the same to my werewolf/vampire if I tried to play that. I have a bunch of different worlds I play for different types of sim variables and I am afraid I'll be spending a good amount of time fixing my main world and my spell caster world bc of this bug.
I really hope this gets fixed promptly bc I've lost interest in playing since it happened and I struggle enough with keeping interest in anything these days.
I am with you. I rather not play till this is fixed. It's super annoying and the fact it's been 3 weeks and nothing has been done yet, says a lot.
Yeah I didn't want to mess up my save files from before the update so I started new temporary save files in the meantime but it's been so long and it got really, really boring really, really fast without my favorite sims I created and their families born in live mode (which are all broken now) so I stopped playing.
The same problem is but on PC.
At this point I’ve started a new character and put my households to aging off so I can just mess around with other sims. I also have a bad habit of getting lost in CAS and making random people I want to put into my neighborhoods. Pirates, wrestlers, goths, mr & mrs evil, mr & mrs robot (every outfit is a variation of the robot costume), my Star Wars family that’s never been to the Star Wars park because I just completely avoided leaving my favorite household to do so, & the endless amount of beautiful gallery people I absorb and edit into something completely different. I have a problem lol :’D but it’s a fun problem. “Also completely unrelated to this post if you guys have an issue with woohooing grim to just do so or get a grimborn child, you can enable the snuggle action either in a bed or a hot tub and then click woohoo and it will engage the action that way otherwise they just look at each other and cancel the action once it begins.” Lots of bugs with this one hope they get a patch soon but they have a lot to patch I’m sure they’re working on a solution just gonna take some time.
For now it's just going to be multicolored eyes 😂
It's definitely frustrating but I know they will, they always do! In my opinion I think they rushed release this pack, hence the gameplay chaos. Every new pack comes with growing pains.
Issue is still ongoing for me, my sims are absolutely massacred and I can't even play the game without being dissapointed. I really really hope they get this done and fixed soon, we don't wanna be waiting for the next major update just for this
Hopefully they put a patch update out, right now this game is such a mess that I'm finally getting frustrated from it.
Got a feeling it'll be a while until another patch 😔 my spellcasters and vampires are heavily equipped on the face to suit the fantasy and they look so bland
So I made this sims with Cheek and Eye Details added, at first it doesnt bug or anything but after several playhours, the Details keeps being removed from my sims. I tried several ways like using new game files like that but it keeps occuring.
I can trigger the bug too when I use mirror for changing my Sim appearance using "Change Sim" option
I also added new face details like in the picture

It only keeps the newest one ( I suppose Vampires Pack is the one that error)
I tried everything like deleting every Document files but it still keeps deleted, I even tried to use MCCC to just paste the appearance but it's too tiring, I tried to restart my game (Deleting old save file and start new game with the same sims) but the bug persist
I manually triggered it by having the sims go to work, and after they back to home with their career outfit still on, i save the game and exit to main menu. when I resume the game, those facial details were out
(It's also gone everytime the sims goes to CAS whether it c just like what I told above)
The scar on the lips is form get famous, most people are getting errors with CAS from occult packs like werewolves, spellcaster and vampires
Yeah and mine are Spellcasters.
None of my Spellcasters eyes are staying the Occult colors, I think it's mainly Spellcasters and Vampires having the issues. I've tried everything and they just keep going to a default base game color. I've done CAS and Manage Household and they still don't stay when I enter into live mode, they're back to a base game, human color. Seems like nobody can find a resolution to this until another patch update.
It’s most likely something to do with the coding maybe when they were setting up some of the new stuff it interacted with the existing coding and put something out of wack. I’m not sure how long it’s been an issue but I believe the week prior to all this I had changed one of my spellcasters eyes to the bright violet color and it carried over out of CAS so it had to be more recent that it’s started occurring. I’ve honestly started a whole new character and put my other households aging to off until it’s fixed. It was throwing me off so much my character doesn’t look right without the correct eyes.
Just figured I’d share what I’m trying to do with my characters if that helps the process at all. I’m trying to use the occult eyes I believe they’re the vampire ones for one of my CC it’s the bright white with the light back ground. My other CC I was trying the bright red occult eyes. Changing them to any occult eyes does not seem to save and carry over after leaving the edit mode, but I can change them to the new reaper eyes from the reaper rewards event so that’s a plus.
I mainly have Spellcasters and the one I've had a year and a half has always had the yellow, and you were right about the update, and I've also seen many complaints about Vampires having issues also. The reaper eyes do work. But for some reason none of the Occult eye colors are working or majority of Occult features in general. Just wondering why Occult Sims are affected.
Im also getting issues with facial details for vampires, what about you?
I believe the update was only for issues with the reaper rewards event.
Update today, hopefully that fixes the eye issue.
