It's still an issue. I've seen it with my 4 different couples who are all fairly different when it comes to traits and romance dynamics.
The romance bar goes from full to like half after a single bad interaction. Sometimes it shows it's empty again after a bunch of successful romantic interactions. Sometimes it shows deep red which means a negative romance which I didn't even know was possible but I guess it's for repair dates but even still seeing it red red you can see it empty and slowly fill up even when nothing is happening (no interactions)
I really hope they fix this soon because it's making rotational play hard because I spend most of the time repairing a relationship that I left in a good state. 💔
