Roof Plants levitating above roof after being picked up in build mode

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Switch to build mode, place plant on rooftop then pickup/rotate plant
What happens when the bug occurs? Plant levitates a few levels higher. Sometimes it goes a level higher every time I pick it up.
What do you expect to see? Plants are able to be placed and picked up normally. Currently, placing directly out of the build menu, the plant behaves.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Tested on modded and vanilla
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Post July 1st Patch
