Could you please provide the following information
- Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ? Please pick a thread tag for that.
I have never had mods on this computer, years ago I tried out some mods but they were too much for my dinosaur of a pc at the time so I carefully deleted them all and haven’t played those save files in years either. Now I am too afraid to download mods or cc, so my current computer and save files are pure vanilla
Hm, wondering if this is the same as some others have been reporting for other kits bough through the marketplace.
Could you both try reinstalling the pack ?
- To to Marketplace
- Choose My Collection
- Choose Manager Storage
- Choose Kits
- tick the pack and then click uninstall
- Restart the game
- Do the same and install it again
- Restart the game
- Start your save and check
I followed your instructions for reinstalling the pack, unfortunately the problem persists.
Did you send the folder to EA yet ?
Really not sure what's going on but to me sounds like an installation issue (there's a few similar reports for other kits)
